HoYoverse, the developer of Genshin Impact, today announced that Genshin Impact would continue its concert series and present the GENSHIN CONCERT 2022 – Melodies of an Endless Journey on October 2, 2022.

In this year’s Genshin Impact global online concert, Genshin Impact and HOYO-MiX have invited the renowned composer, arranger, and music producer Shiro SAGISU to serve as the music director. Together with the Hollywood Chamber Orchestra and other talented musicians from around the world, they will take a journey through the first two years of Teyvat’s musical landscape with viewers and players from all over the world.

Genshin Concert 2022 will feature authentic renditions of Genshin Impact soundtracks

The Genshin Concert 2022 will be a 75-minute event and will include both recreations and imaginative retellings of legendary Genshin Impact soundtracks. The Hollywood Chamber Orchestra will perform traditional symphonic pieces under the direction of award-winning conductor and composer Emear Noone, who is best recognized for her considerable work on video game soundtracks.

Shiro SAGISU, who has worked as a music producer and composer for numerous fan-favorite movies and anime, including Neon Genesis Evangelion, will be the event’s music director in the interim. He will work with well-known bands, traditional musicians, and brilliant individuals from many backgrounds to reinterpret the Genshin Impact soundtracks in modern aesthetics.

Creating music for Genshin Impact has always been an endless exploration for me and the HOYO-MiX team. In the past year, as Inazuma and Sumeru unfolded, we’ve strived to enrich the Genshin Impact music with inspirations drawn from all over the world. I’m excited to see how these soundtracks resonate with musicians and players across the world.

How to get free Mora and Primogems from Genshin Concert 2022

The concert will also feature free rewards and giveaways. Players can create their own concert pass and receive Mora ×20,000 and Primogems ×30. This will also make them a participant of the giveaway. During the event, 500 random players will be selected as the giveaway winners. They will receive GENSHIN CONCERT 2022 Series Character Mood Gift Box and GENSHIN CONCERT 2022 Series Commemorative Hologram Ticket as the giveaway prize.
