He is a five-star Polearm DPS who deals massive amounts of damage through his electro infused normal attack and his elemental skill. Talent and Playstyle
Cyno’s main playstyle revolves around his Burst. His Burst infuses His normal attack with electro and shortens the cooldown of his elemental skill and allows him to spam it every 3 seconds. To further amplify his damage, having a Dendro Teammate in his team is a must-have as the new EM focused aggravate reaction has a great synergy with Cyno. His talents level up priorities are

1. Thundering Fury
The newly buffed 4-piece Thundering Fury is Cyno’s best in slot artefact piece as it gives him 15% electro damage bonus, increases his elemental reaction damage and decreases his element skill cooldown.

2. Kitan Cross Spear
As for his best f2p four-star, the Kitan Cross Spear is the best option to go for all thing considered. The weapon has a EM as its secondary stat and has a passive that solves the problem of Cyno’s 80 cost Burst uptime issue.
3. White Tassel
Another weapon that works surprisingly well on him is the three-star White Tassel. This weapon has low base attack but a secondary stat of 23% crit rate. At refinement 5 the weapon increases the normal attack of the wearer by 48%.

Best teammates for Cyno in Genshin Impact
Cyno’s entire kit was build with Elemental Mastery in mind and the new dendro x electro reactions so for his team a dendro character is a must requirement. As of right now, Dendro Traveler is the best off-field Dendro applicator and a must-have for his team.
Aside from a Dendro character, the next 2 slot is flexible based on your preference but Fischl, Kazuha, and Zhongli are viewed as the best fit for his teams right now.
Special Dish
Like all the other characters in the game, Cyno too has a Special Dish Based around him.
Name: Dual Soul
Effect: Restores 34% of Max HP to the selected character and regenerates 980 HP every 5s for 30s.
