Riot Forge’s ‘Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story’ game is reportedly leaked
Unannounced game set in League Of Legends Universe Leaked.
According to a recent leak, Riot Forge is working on an unannounced action game titled “Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story” set in the League of Legends Universe. According to a tweet by user ‘osevno’, the title has been reportedly leaked by South Korea’s Game Rating Committee and will be releasing on both PC and Consoles.
Riot Forge is a third-party publishing label within Riot Games. Riot Forge’s published titles include “Ruined King: A League Of Legends Story” and “Hextech Mayhem” which were turn-based and rhythm games respectively but the new title will be an action-adventure game where players will play as Sylas and save Demacia.
Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story will feature Sylas
According to a tweet by ‘PlayerIGN’ the players will follow the story of Sylas, who will “start an uprising to topple Demacia’s monarchy and demolish the hierarchy of oppression.”
According to the League Of Legends Lore, Sylas was born in Demacia and had developed magical powers at a young age. Due to having magical powers he became a Mageseeker as every mage in Demacia had to become a Mageseeker to be accepted citizen of Demacia.
The Mageseekers used Sylas’ powers to track down and persecute mages living a civilians within the city. They also looked for young children with magical powers to register them under Law Of Stone and turn them into Mageseekers.
After a tragic incident involving a young girl Sylas turned against the mages and decided to protect his fellow mages and is known as Champion Of the Mages. But, Sylas was eventually caught and sent into custody of the Mageseekers.
The new title will likely continue the story from here onwards and will see Sylas fight against the Mageseekers as well as the ruler of Demacia.
