WHALIEN – Unexpected Guests by Forbidden Folds is coming to PC
In this endearing puzzle adventure, aid Fin the mechanical whale in fending off the nefarious Squiddies.
The unique third-person puzzle adventure WHALIEN – Unexpected Guests for PC, developed by the Austrian studio Forbidden Folds, was today made public. A free demo of the game is now accessible for download as part of the much-awaited Steam Next Fest event, as part of the release.
WHALIEN – Unexpected Guests takes players to a colorful world
Ernest Hemingwhale resides in Fin, the mechanical whale. Since Ernest is Fin’s only surviving resident, it is his responsibility to keep him secure and in good working order. Ernest must deal with the slimy threats when weird and frightening Squiddies start to inhabit Fin’s body.
Ernest must use his cunning in addition to Mr. Push and Mrs. Pull, two uniquely designed gloves and pearls, to move objects around the environment, solve riddles, and expel the Squiddies. Discover more about Fin’s inner workings, get to know endearing characters, and assist in defending Ernest’s house as well as his companion by exploring unusual, vibrant, and colourful places.

- Processor: 64 bit processor
Since this is not a graphic-intensive game, these minimum requirements should be sufficient to play the game.
WHALIEN – Unexpected Guests release date
Although the game has not been officially given a release date, it is expected that the game will release in 2023. However, a playable demo is available on Steam.
