PECK’EM: Bird Brawlers is an upcoming game from the casual game developing studio The Doodle People. The Singapore-based company specializes in creating games that feature augmented reality along with an interactive experience. Some of their games include Get Your Sheep Together, DOTS Project, and Chalk Alive. Here we will take a brief look at the game PECK’EM and what it has in stores for the gamers
PECK’EM is a casual arena brawler where you play with birds
According to its official Steam description, the game is a casual arena fighting game but with certain elements which add chaos to the casual fun. The game is fully 3D and features cute pigeons which the players have to take control of and fight other pigeons in an “over the top” fighting sequence.
The game is set sometime in the future when all of humanity has left Earth and shifted to other celestial bodies, and while doing so, made the said pigeons the guardians and caretakers of the planet.
The game follows a 2v2 fighting format where the players control unique pigeons and fight them out to determine the winner between the two pairs. The controls and mechanics are said to be easy to ensure that everyone regardless of age and skill can try their hand at the game and enjoy it to the fullest.
The action takes place at Singacoop, which we could say is a “pigeonified” version of Singapore with its urban features intact. Each pigeon also has an ultimate move which is a signature over-the-top fighting move that could shift the favors of the battle.

No arrangements have been made as of yet for the pre-order of the game and neither has any price been officially revealed by the developers of the game. But currently, the game is available as a wishlist item on Steam to get access to the game’s early access version.

The release date of the game has not been revealed as of now but it has been confirmed that the game will be released sometime in Q3 of 2023, that is, between the eighth and twelfth month of the year 2023.

The game PECK’Em does indeed look like a very fun game that one could play with anyone and everyone. The game looks like it is light-hearted and could be a very good escape from boredom and a casual respite.
