God of War: Ragnarok to get a new game plus on 2023

God of War Ragnarok the most-anticipated game of 2022, winner of several game of the year awards and arguably one of the best games of this year, developed by Santa Monica studios gets its first post-launch major announcements by the developers recently. God of War: Ragnarok has to be one of the most highly stylised and visually appealing narrative-driven games of this decade sitting right beside if not above its predecessor God of War (2018). The post-launch scenery of this game has been all praises, however, not many announcements as expected but recently Santa Monica Studios have announced something pretty significant on Twitter, which we’ll discuss in this God of War: Ragnarok article.

Santa Monica Studios announces the biggest post-launch update for Santa Monica studios that has to get all the fans excited for the update. God of War: Ragnarok had everything from story to drama to action and even a narrative-driven cinematic experience, the only thing that the humongous gaming giants lacked was a new game plus mode which won’t be the case anymore after the execution of the recently announced update. New game plus mode as apparent in all other instances makes later playthroughs of a game more enjoyable and replays more rewarding and the gaming experience more pleasing as a whole.
New game plus mode is basically, a mode that brings a lot of rewards for playing through a game after the first playthrough more interesting. The addition of features like carrying over XPs or power-ups and such brings a little more spice to the mix of the dish that is the said game and in the case of God of War: Ragnarok the dish is already elegant and will be even tastier with the addition of a well thought-out and rewarding new game plus mode.
