Nintendo Direct 2022: Complete list of announcements
All the upcoming Nintendo Switch game launch will be announced
Nintendo Direct 2022 took place at 7 am PT on 13 September 2022. The 40-minute live stream focused mainly on the Nintendo Games that will be launched this winter and showcased a total of 42 games including new announcements and updates for the existing titles. Nintendo Direct 2022: Complete list of game announcements
1. Fire Emblem Engage
Fire Emblem Engage is the latest addition to the Fire Emblem series. Fire Emblem Engage will be released on January 20, 2023. The game will be released in two editions: Standard and Divine Edition. More information about the game will be released in the future.
2. It Takes Two
It Takes Two is coming to Switch on November 4. Players will venture through a fantastical world filled with challenges. The game also includes a multiplayer feature. Pre-order of the game begins today.

3. FATAL FRAME: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse
The fourth game of the FATAL FRAME series was announced at the Nintendo Direct 2022. The game is coming in early 2023 and will be launched in the English language for the first time.
4. Xenoblade Chronicles 3
A new hero, Ino was added to Xenoblade Chronicles 3 as a part of wave 2 of the DLC expansion pass. Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Expansion Pass Wave 2 will be released on Nintendo Switch on October 13, 2022.
5. SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake
SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake will be released on Nintendo Switch next year. More information about the game will be released in the future.
6. Fitness Boxing Fist of the North Star
Fitness Boxing Fist of the North Star will feature Exercise Mode, Battle Mode, or Boss Battles. The modes will feature drills and fights for the players. The game will launch on Nintendo Switch in March 2023.
7. OddBallers
OddBallers will be launching on Nintendo Switch early next year. It is a collection of hilarious minigames where players can challenge their friends and enemies.
8. Tunic
Tunic will be coming to Nintendo Switch on September 27. This game is said to be a Zelda-inspired isometric action-adventure game. The Pre-order of the game is live now.
9. Front Mission 1,2, and 3 remake
Front Mission: 1st remake is coming in November. Front Mission 2 remake will be released in 2023. And Front Mission 3 remake is under development. Front Mission is a hyped turn-based combat game. The game will now finally be released outside of Japan.
10. STORY OF SEASONS: A Wonderful Life
Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life will release on Nintendo Switch in Summer 2023. Players will take responsibility and manage a farm passed down to the character by his father.
11. Splatoon 3
The first post-launch splatfest for Splatoon 3 was announced at the Nintendo Direct 2022. The splatfest will start on 23 September and end on 25 September. More free updates will be announced in the future for Splatoon 3.
12. Octopath Traveller II
Octopath Traveller II is the newest game in the Octopath Traveller series by Square Enix, where eight new travelers will make their journey through the land of Celestia. The game will be released on Nintendo Switch on February 24, 2023.
13. Fae Farm
Fae Farm is a new farm simulation RPG releasing on Nintendo Switch this Spring. Players need to farm their homelands and form relationships. They can also discover magical spells to grow crops. Players can play solo or multiplayer mode with up to four players.
14. THEATRYTHM FINAL BAR LINE
Theatrythm is released on Nintendo Switch where players can celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Final Fantasy series with over 500 songs. Players can play this game while experiencing the series through the music. It will be available from February 16, 2023.
15. Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope
This game was first announced in Ubisoft Forward 2022, where a DLC of the game was also announced. The game will be available from October 20 on Nintendo Switch. The pre-order of the game is already live now.
16. Rune Factory 3 Special
A new game of the Rune Factory series is releasing on Nintendo Switch next year. The classic series is returning to Switch after almost a decade.
17. Nintendo 64 Games
A bunch of Nintendo 64 games will be added in the future. A list of the games was revealed at Nintendo Direct 2022. Here is the list of all the Nintendo 64 games:

18. GoldenEye 007
GoldenEye 007 will be returning to Nintendo Switch with an Online Expansion Pass.
19. Various Daylife
Various Daylife is an immersive RPG by Square Enix. Players will need to complete tasks and build characters, relationships, and more as they progress. The game will be available from today.
20. Factorio
Factorio is a management sim game where players will construct multiple production lines after collecting resources. The game is coming to Switch on October 28.
21. Ib
The famous retro game Ib will be launching on Nintendo Switch on Spring 2023.
22. Mario Strikers: Battle League
The second update of Mario Strikers: Battle League will be released on Nintendo Switch this month. Pauline and Diddy Kong will be introduced to the game through this update. Other features are also being added.
23. Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End and the Secret Key
Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End and the Secret Key is another RPG that was announced at Nintendo Direct 2022. The game will feature eleven heroes. The new features are also in store. The game will be launched on the Nintendo Switch on February 24, 2023.
24. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe’s third wave of DLC will be coming to Nintendo Switch this holiday. Merry Mountain and Peach Gardens will be added to the game as part of the DLC.
25. Nintendo Sports Gold update
A new update of Nintendo Sports is arriving this holiday. The update was supposed to be rolled out this fall but the developers wanted some more time. Golf can be played with up to eight players at the same time in a survival mode.
26. Pikmin Bloom
Pikmin Bloom is a smart device game by Niantic in which players from all over the world will be planting flowers. The game is already available on handheld devices. The game also has similar AR features to Pokemon GO.
27. Pikmin 4
Pikmin 4 will be available on Nintendo Switch from 2023. However, the developers refused to provide any extra information about the game. Players will need to wait a bit longer to receive more information about the game.
28. Just Dance 2023 Edition
Just Dance 2023 Edition was previously announced at the Ubisoft Forward 2022 event. We got more looks into the game on Nintendo Direct 2022. The game will be available from November 22 this year.
29. Harvestella
Yet another Square Enix game was revealed at the event. Harvestella is a life simulation RPG where players will develop a peaceful farm life in the village of Lethe. They will also travel around the world to save the world from calamities. The game will be launching on Nintendo Switch on November 4.
30. Bayonetta 3
Bayonetta 3 is the latest addition to the series of Bayonetta, where Bayonetta will fight to protect the world from the invasion of man-made bioweapons. The game will feature a lot more exciting things. The game will be available on October 28. Pre-orders for the game are available now.
31. Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE
Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE is a new fantasy detective action game from the creators of the Danganronpa series. Players will be solving various exciting unsolved cases by gathering clues and evidence. The game will be available on Nintendo Switch from Spring 2023.
32. Resident Evil Cloud
Resident Evil Village is the latest game of the Resident Evil series. The cloud version of the game including Resident EVil 2, 3, and 7 will be released on Nintendo Switch on October 28, 2022.
33. Sifu
Sifu is a kung-fu action brawler game coming to Nintendo Switch on November 8th. Pre-orders for the game begin today.
34. Crisis Core- Final Fantasy VII- Reunion
Crisis Core- Final Fantasy VII- Reunion is a Final Fantasy VII remaster that features HD graphics and an updated combat system. It will be arriving on Nintendo Switch on December 13.
35. Radiant Silvergun
Radiant Silvergun is an arcade game launching on Nintendo Switch later today.
36. Endless Dungeon
Endless Dungeon is a rouge-like game set in the endless universe where players will need to recruit a team of heroes and make their way out of a space station. The game also includes a co-op feature. It will launch on Nintendo Switch next year.
37. Tales of Symphonia Remastered
A remastered version of Tales of Symphonia, the action RPG is coming to Nintendo Switch in early 2023.
38. Life is Strange: Arcadia Bay Collection
Life is Strange: Arcadia Bay Collection will be available on Nintendo Switch from September 27, 2022.
39. Romancing SaGa- Minstrel Song- Remastered
Romancing SaGa- Minstrel Song- Remastered will be available on Nintendo Switch from December 1, 2022. Pre-registration for the game is already live.
40. LEGO Bricktails
LEGO Bricktails will be available on Nintendo Switch from this fall.
41. Disney Speedstorm
Disney Speedstorm will be released on Nintendo Switch later this year.
42. Fall Guys Season 2
Fall Guys Season 2 will be coming to Nintendo Switch on September 15, 2022.
43. Kirby’s Return to Dreamland Deluxe
Kirby’s Return to Dreamland Deluxe is coming to Nintendo Switch on February 24, 2023. The game also features various subgames. The pre-order of the game is live from today.
44. The Legends of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
The Legends of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is the new sequel of the series. The game will be arriving on Nintendo Switch on May 12, 2023.
