Ubisoft Forward 2022: Complete list of announcements

Major announcements is coming from the event!

Ubisoft Forward 2022 is set to begin at 12:00 PM PT on September 10, 2022. According to Ubisoft’s announcement, the event will give updates regarding the upcoming and current games from Ubisoft. The event will also give updates on the upcoming games in the popular Assassin’s Creed, The Division, and the Rainbow Six Siege franchise.

Ubisoft Forward 2022: Complete list of announcements

1. For Honor

For Honor is a melee action video game series featuring Vikings, Knights, and Samurai. The game is available on PlayStation, Xbox One, and PC. The trailer of Year 6 Season 3: The Demon Dagger was revealed at Ubisoft Forward 2022. The new season will be live from September 15.

2. Second Stone

Miko Kiuru, founder of Skyward Entertainment revealed the first looks of their upcoming game Second Stone. Second Stone will be a classic action RPG with supertight platforming gameplay.

3. Two Falls

Kim Berthiaume, founder of Unreliable Narrators revealed their upcoming narrative-driven adventure game Two Falls. The game will be available on PC this fall.

4. The Crew 2

Ubisoft’s racing video game series The Crew 2 is getting a new episode Dominion Frozen starring Chris Forsberg. The trailer did not reveal much about the episode but it is going to be available on 14 September. Players can try out The Crew 2 for free on Ubisoft+ till September 10.

5. Anno 1800

Anno 1800 is a city-building real-time strategy video game by Ubisoft. The game is receiving a New World Rising DLC coming this winter.

6. Brawlhalla Vania event

On the occasion of Halloween, Ubisoft and Konami Digital Entertainment announced the crossover with characters Simon Belmont and Alucard. The Vania event will be live from October 19.

7. Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope

This was the first game featured in the main event of Ubisoft Forward. Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope is an upcoming game with a mix of turn-based combat, real-time action, and open exploration. The game will be available from October 20 on Nintendo Switch. Also, three DLCs have been announced for Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope in the event.

8. Skull and Bones

Skull and Bones is a game that focuses on ship battles between pirates. The game will feature a PvP mode. The game will be released on November 8, 2022.

9. Riders Republic: Freestylin’ Season 4

A bunch of new features is being added to the Riders Republic in Season 4 dropping on October 14. A new BMX bike is coming to the republic. A new playground, new career, new tricks, new gears and outfits, new sponsors, and more are being added to the upcoming season.

10. The Division 2

The Division 2 will get three DLCs, including seasons 10 and 11. New gear and weapons, new countdown difficulties, new apparel events, and more will be added to the new Season: 10 available from September 13.

11. The Division: Heartland

The Division: Heartland was announced during the Ubisoft Foward 2022 event. It is a free-to-play survival-action multiplayer shooter set in a rural community in mid-crisis. Players can sign-up for upcoming tests on the official website of the game.

12. The Division: Resurgence

More updates about The Division: Resurgence was shared during the event. The closed beta test of the game is coming this fall. Players can register for the closed beta from the official website of the game. A new Official Dark Zone trailer was also released.

13. Rainbow Six Mobile

Rainbow Six Mobile was one of the most anticipated announcements of this event. The closed beta of Rainbow Six Mobile was announced to be coming on September 12. The beta will be live in seven regions around the world- Canada, the US, Mexico, Brazil, Singapore, the Philippines, and India. Android users can pre-register from Google Play to participate in the beta test. A new trailer of the game was also released.

14. Netflix x Ubisoft collaboration

For the next few years, Ubisoft and Netflix will be collaborating to release three new games. A Mighty Quest game, a new Valiant Hearts game, Assassin’s Creed game, and a live-action show will be coming from the partnership. Netflix will also be developing an action show based on Assassin’s Creed in collaboration with Ubisoft Studios.

15. Mythic Quest Season 3

A new sneak peek of the upcoming season of the TV series Mythic Quest was shared at the event. The new season will be live on AppleTV+ this fall.

16. Trackmania

A piece of good news for Trackmania fans was shared as Ubisoft announced the launch of the game on console and cloud platforms. The game will be out on those platforms in early 2023.

17. Just Dance 2023 Edition

A lot of surprises were announced for the Just Dance fans at the Ubisoft Forward 2022 event. A lot of new content is being added to the game. New art direct, user interface, and an optimized recommendation system. Players can also dance with their friends using the new online multiplayer feature.

Ubisoft Forward 2022 Assassin’s Creed 2022 showcase: Complete list of announcements

The Assassin’s Creed Showcase was the most awaited segment of this event. The viewers took a leap into history as the developers gave us continuous sneak peeks of our favorite 15-year-old franchise. The trailers and clips undoubtedly brought back all the old memories of all the Assassin’s Creed fans like me. Here are all the announcements made during the event:

1. Assassin’s Creed: Mirage

As previously revealed, the new Assassin’s Creed: Mirage was announced during the event. The game will star Basim Ibn Ishaq in ancient Baghdad before he becomes one of the hidden one. Assassin’s Creed will reportedly return to its roots with this new game.

2. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: The Last Chapter

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will be receiving yet another DLC. The new expansion will be called “The Last Chapter.” The trailer did not give us much information about the DLC. But it will reportedly be the final expansion of Valhalla set to be released this month.

3. Assassin’s Creed Codename Jade

Assassin’s Creed Codename Jade is Ubisoft’s first open-world action RPG game for mobile. The game is set in Ancient China during 215 BC. It will feature all the iconic Assassin’s Creed Gameplay.

4. Assassin’s Creed Codename Red

Assassin’s Creed Codename Red is an open-world action RPG set in Japan. Players will get the ultimate experience of a shinobi assassin with this game.

5. Assassin’s Creed Codename HEXE

A new Assassin’s Creed game was announced during the Ubisoft Forward 2022 event. But not much information about the game is available right now. Players will need to wait a bit longer to know more about the game.

6. Assassin’s Creed Project Infinity

Project Infinity is not going to be an Assassin’s Creed game. Rather it is going to be a single entry point for the AC fans. Infinity is going to be a hub that will combine all the Assassin’s Creed game experiences into one place.

The Ubisoft Forward 2022 was a very exciting event for the fans as it gave us insights and all the anticipated information about our favorite titles.
