Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Trade guide for online and local trading
Trade with other trainers to complete your Pokédex
Trading has always been an important feature of the Pokémon games, especially if a trainer wants to complete his Pokédex or complete the requirements for his Pokémon evolution. The Pokémon Company have introduced several new version-exclusive Pokémon in Scarlet and Violet, which can only be obtained in the Pokédex through trading.
The version-exclusive Pokémon in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet has an alternate version in the other title. Suppose you have Koraidon in Pokémon Scarlet, the alternate version of the Pokémon in Pokémon Violet is Miraidon.
With the ninth generation of the Pokémon franchise ongoing, trading in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet has become much easier. The trainers can trade in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet in two ways: locally or online. In this guide, we will discuss how to trade your Pokémon in local or online trade mode.
