Pokémon Scarlet and Violet guide: How to change Tera type, and respawn or reroll Tera Pokémon

Change the tera-type and get your desired Pokémon tera type.

Terastal phenomenon is the newest game mechanic added in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, just like the other generations of Pokémon games. Previously, we have seen The Pokémon Company add Mega Evolutions in X and Y, Z-Crystals in Sun and Moon, and Dynamaxing in Sword and Shields. Terastalization adds a crystal to the appearance of the Pokémon and has the power to change the Pokémon type and also buff its stats. In this guide, we will discuss in detail how you can change the Tera-type of your Pokémon, and how to respawn or re-roll tera type Pokémon. Meanwhile, you can check our complete guide on Terastal, and also the list of all tera Pokémon.
