Start the browser and use a free extension VPN like Tunnel Bear to connect to a server, any country with Xbox support works. Open up Xbox official site and log in to your Xbox account, you’ll see text in the local language of the region you selected don’t freak out it’s just trying to sync your profile.
Cloud seems to work way better on Linux browsers and that’s what makes the difference. Don’t worry you don’t need to get Linux as swapping out the user agent string does the job.

To make this work you just need to Install a reliable VPN (Tunnel Bear works here as well) and start the Xbox Game Pass app login to your account and turn off the VPN before you start playing and it’s all ready, you’re good to go with a 720p res and low latency gaming experience.
